This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company who are leading specialists within the road planing industry. There is now a great opportunity for an environmental compliance administrator to join the compliance team based at Evesham.

**The main purpose of the role**: To support the compliance team to ensure the company adheres to the rules and regulations set by its regulatory authorities, ISO standards and quality management system. To monitor and measure the legal compliance of waste in support of our road planing operations.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Management of waste transfer note compliance - Check and monitor both Jet and cross hire/supplier waste transfer note tickets for legal compliance and accuracy. Identify & report on non-compliant ones.
- Build and maintain all databases and control of documentation and paperwork.
- Populate and maintain spreadsheets of waste transfer note data.
- Check and monitor the Tarbound Hazardous Waste Consignment notes for compliance and accuracy. Reconcile the process from purchase order to customer invoice, ensuring no discrepancies.
- Liaise with Planing Sales, Transport and Operation departments on waste transfer notes.
- Produce monthly reports - Analysis and report on compliance/non-compliance paperwork.
- Attend monthly environmental meetings.
- Scan all documentation into system and file.
- To actively complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and other similar duties as required.
- To provide day to day administration compliance support to the compliance team
- Comply with all HR, Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a robust due diligence system to ensure compliance.
- Support the company’s ISO 14001 Environmental Management accreditation by maintaining records of compliance/non-compliance.
- Reconciliation and population of fuel data

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
