**Salary and Package**:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Salary range of £30,000 - £35,000
- Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm (40 Hours)
- Bonus based on the company targets
- 25 days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays
**Essential Experience**:
- HR knowledge and experience including disciplinary and grievance processes
- CIPD level 5
- Good level of IT literacy including Microsoft Office packages as well as prior experience using any HRIS
- Proactive and self-organised, using own initiative with the ability to prioritise and manage workload. High level of accuracy in all work
- Takes ownership and responsibility for own remit
- Strong analytic problem-solving skills
- Consistently maintains confidentiality, showing discretion
- Educated to at least KS5/A Level standard or equivalent
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Utilising Breathe to record all personnel data, reports, statistics and analysing through the use of Excel
- Own the recruitment process and ensure it is smooth from start to finish
- Process all leavers from confirmation letters, exit interviews, exit data and updating the HR system and payroll
- Ensure HR processes are implemented and utilised at all times, considering each case, and providing guidance and advice, supporting managers through employee relations processes
- Day-to-day informal management of people providing guidance and support
- Provide advice and guidance to management to ensure all absences are managed appropriately and consistently
- Assist with training development and delivery to managers
- Assist with policy reviews, updates to related processes and templates, assisting with projects when required
- Administrate the apprenticeships process from recruitment and induction to regular progress reviews
- Ownership of the HR inbox
- General HR Admin including contract change letters, references etc
