With a strong background in the Automotive Aftermarket and experience of the branch network operations, the Head of B2B Implementation will be responsible for shaping and guiding the implement the entire of the B2B Proposition in order to achieve flawless execution.

Reporting to the Director of B2B within the commercial org structure, with a clear dotted line into Head of Workshop Concepts, the Head of B2B Implementation will be a fundamental part of working with internal head office functions and ensuring to provide input from ideation to execution around making sure that the content is clearly interpreted and applied.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Help create the vision and strategic plan of our B2B Channel, particularly around the implementation and delivery
- Be responsible for making sure that there is the right level of internal preparation, alongside marketing, pricing and PMP to land upcoming promotions.
- Create a clear framework to ensure that we land tactical and other activity into the branch network for all areas of B2B including non-sales (e.g. digital, etc,)
- Ensure both Field and Network teams are aligned through strong relationships with the Divisional Directors to deliver the implantation plan for B2B.
- Work collaboratively with our Product Team to & key Suppliers partners & their network and field support functions.
- Engage collaboratively with the Marketing function to align campaigns to achieve maximum engagement internally and with our customers.
- Work closely with the training team to create an environment where every colleague is given the opportunity to develop as our strive for continuous improvement delivers a better experience for our customers.
- Working with the Commercial B2B Analyst & the Central Reporting functions to ensure all network & promotional reporting within the B2B functions is clear, concise and adds value not complexity to its desired audience
- Collaborate with our events team and alongside the approach from Commercial development/Sales Training to ensure we land the right level of customer to the right event effectively.
- Support on material building for webinar and cascades to make sure the content is correct & appropriate for the relevant audience.

**Experience and Skills Needed**
- Planning and Organising
- Time Management and Prioritisation
- Communication skills, both personally presenting and understanding the audience when preparing content.
- Relationship Building with Matrix structured support functions, Key Senior Stakeholders and Suppliers/Partners
- Presentation building/Launch Day co-ordination & Soft Project Leading.
- Basic Fluency of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.)
