To support the Café bar Supervisor with regards to the smooth running of the operations bar.

To work within the team to deliver a great customer experience, supporting colleagues and go the extra mile to ensure the customers visit to the Café bar is an enjoyable experience.

To meet, greet take orders and prepare food and drinks for customers.

To support other bar staff and the Whitby team

To follow the instructions of the Bar supervisor.

To handle cash and carry out till and credit card procedures.

Maintain a positive approach when busy and under pressure.

To engage with customers, remembering to deal with every individual appropriately.

To take an interest in events taking place at the park / café bar and communicate these events to the customers.

To pass on to the Supervisor and park managers customer feedback.

To ensure the maintenance of the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation in all the Café bar facilities.

To maintain operational standards and best practice explained in your induction and training.

To acquaint yourself with the day to day / weekly procedures within the café bar.

To take orders and payments from customer.

To minimise the risk to the business of any losses regarding sales, stock, follow till procedures and stock controls set by the park supervisor and management team.

To help maximise all revenue opportunities including retail sales, stocking up as and when necessary.

To carry out the preparation of food and beverages as directed.

To be knowledgeable of all products in the café bar and events in order to give customers the information they need.

To comply with all Licensing regulations and all Health & Safety policies for the café bar.

To ensure that the cleanliness and hygiene of the café bar complies with the highest standards

An engaging personality

Able to plan their workload and prioritise.

To be able to react to customer issues as and when they happen.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
