**About you and the role**

As a Bar Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service and high-quality guest experiences. Your leadership, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will be key in managing the bar team, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the bar staff to ensure efficient and effective service.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate bar staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and well-stocked, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and bar equipment. Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks.
- Interact with guests, taking orders, making recommendations, and providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Monitor and anticipate guest needs, providing attentive and personalised service.
- Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure seamless and timely service.
- Have great communication with all staff and guests alike
- Genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service
- Bar experience desirable
- Supervisory experience desirable
- Knowledge of PMS & EPOS systems desirable
