**About you and the role**

As a Bartender, you will be the face of our bar, providing excellent service and crafting delicious beverages. Your creativity, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach will ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience. You will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining a clean and organised bar, and delivering friendly and efficient service.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks.
- Interact with guests, taking orders, making recommendations, and providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
- Monitor and anticipate guest needs, providing attentive and personalised service.
- Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure seamless and timely service.
- Have great communication with all staff and guests alike
- Genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service
- Bar experience desirable
- Knowledge of PMS & EPOS systems desirable
