Job Title: Bar and Waiting Team Member

We're seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Bar and Waiting Team as a Team Member. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, working closely with our management and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality service, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Develop strong relationships with colleagues, management, and suppliers to drive business growth and success.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
