Reed Business Support Croydon are currently working with an established, successful Construction company who pride themselves on their customer focused work ethic. They are recruiting for a **Project Secretary** to cover a one year maternity contract to start asap.
Hours: 9-5.30 Monday
- Friday Office Based
Duties of**Project Secretary**:
- Project Administration
- Document Control
- Materials Purchasing
- Answering the telephone
- Answering the front door and taking deliveries/greeting visitors
- Making refreshments
- Organising couriers
- Booking and preparing meeting rooms
- Photocopying
- Laminating
- Organising outgoing post (holiday cover)
- Assisting Manuals Co-ordinator (holiday cover)
- Assisting Pre-Construction Team (holiday cover)
Skills Attributes Required:
- Confident with answering the telephone with good telephone manner
- Good customer service skills
- Intermediate/Advanced standard in Microsoft Word and Outlook, good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Writer
- Typing Speed of 35-40 wpm
- Good team player
- Good organisational skills
- Good grammar skills
- Pro-active
- Happy to carry out a wide variety of admin tasks
- ‘All hands-on deck’ attitude
- Meticulous to detail
