**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and manage work orders efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics teams for smooth operations
- Review daily workloads, follow-up on tasks, and support field engineers
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to company standards

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience in administrative roles or service coordination
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Familiarity with service desk software or CRM tools is advantageous
