**VACANCY: RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT**

Call-In Homecare are looking to recruit an internal recruitment consultant to join our expanding team, supporting the Operations Director and Recruitment Lead based in Cumbernauld.

Call-In Homecare is a care provider and recruitment agency who specialises in the Health and Social Care sector. We aim to recruit the best experienced carers or new staff looking to gain employment the care sector and to ensure we provide our clients with a professional and proactive service.

Our recruitment assistant will hit the ground running, this person will be working closely with our Registered Mangers and Operation Director and manage the recruitment process across the West of Scotland, providing high volume internal recruitment for the Care at Home teams and agency staff.

**RESPONSABILITIES**:

- To perform and manage all tasks related to recruitment of Community Care Assistants for the company
- Work with Homecare Facilitators and our Social Media Manager to prioritise areas where staff are needed
- To lead interviews & recruit quality team members who are the right ‘fit’ with the company values
- Scheduling Induction Training for each office

**IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Friendly, warm and enthusiastic
- Experience within Care is not essential however we are ideally looking for someone who has recruitment and interviewing experience and is comfortable with managing their own time
- Impeccable time-management and organisation skills

We offer:

- Working Days - Monday to Friday (9.00am to 5.00pm)
