Content Marketing Executive

**Profile of Role**:
Ideally, you will have a creative writing background and analytical flair with exceptional attention to detail. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be methodical in your research, well organised, passionate, enthusiastic, and confident. The ability to meet deadlines and manage workloads is also a must.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Extracting audience insights from appropriate tools to create thought-leadership pieces.
- Researching and developing idea topics and putting forward sector-based content proposals for audiences within Retail, Travel, Startups etc.
- Defining and executing a clear content strategy for making outbound approaches, contributing to output using available tools and systems.
- Create and maintain the content calendar.
- Assisting in content for pitch development.
- Regularly updating GTM editorial and decks.
**Knowledge & Experience Requirements**
- At least 2-years of prior experience in a similar content marketing role required.
- A keen interest in Digital Marketing, B2B, Media & Tech.
- Knowledge/experience of Salesforce, Adobe Suite, Canva, SimilarWeb, Nielsen, TGI, Google Analytics, WordPress advantageous
- Excellent proof-reading and copywriting skills.
- Video editing experience a nice to have.

- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Ensure you have the equipment that you require to carry out your job efficiently e.g. materials, tools, transport.

You must demonstrate your ability to provide accurate information, ensuring it is in a usable format and delivered in a timely fashion to whoever requires it. The work you deliver should be of a high standard with no need for checking. You should put methods in place to ensure you do not overlook things e.g. checklist and calendar. Ensure that at all times you follow policies and procedures e.g. Health & Safety.
**Communication**
You need to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, instilling confidence in others with regard to your knowledge, competency and ability to deliver. Learning how and when to adjust your language and delivery dependant on the needs of your audience is a key to your success. Identify timings and channels of communication to ensure that you are listened to and understood. Assertive but fair communication with colleagues is essential as is learning the ability to be diplomatic for the good of All Response Media as a whole. You need to be watching those around you and learning from them. We don’t expect you to know everything - but we do expect you to ASK if you are in any doubt.
**Energy, determination and work rate**
You should be dedicated to your work and show motivation. You must be proactive, productive and meet your goals. If you are unmotivated, have low moral or any personal problems which are affecting your work, you should inform your manager, who will be able to support and advise you.
**Numeracy**
Show your ability to handle numbers including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and percentages. Demonstrate your ability to gather and compile statistical data in various formats, and analyse, interpret and present the data in a clear way.
**Problem-solving and decision making**
You must show the ability to identify issues and required actions to rectify them. Demonstrate understanding of the cause of the problem and determine appropriate information. Show a clear and logical method to solving problems.
**Team working and developing others**
You are expected to demonstrate the ability to actively contribute to ideas and tasks in a proactive manor. Demonstrate cooperation, respect and appreciation for other members of the team’s ideas and input.
**Technical**
You must demonstrate an exceptionally high level of technical competence and have an excellent workable knowledge of MS Operating Systems. In particular you must show a good all-round knowledge and understanding of different analysis programmes, platforms and interfaces, as per the experience area in this document.
