Content Marketer

Executive position available in a **B2B Marketing** division of an Out of Home (OOH) Advertising company in London.
- **Process-driven **individual to project manage and execute Marketing output. Contributing and working to a Marketing plan is key.
- **Efficiency** is crucial, as deadlines are reasonable but there are a lot of them.
- **Proactivity** essential, bringing new, relevant ideas to the company as either one-off projects or recurring output.
- **Managing up** required, including transparency of output, particularly to line manager.
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Project Management**: Lead and oversee the execution of marketing projects from conception to completion. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
2. **Marketing Plan Execution**: Contribute to the development and implementation of the marketing plan. Work closely with the marketing team to execute strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
4. **Social Media Management**: Understanding the audience(s) or our Social Media channels to create and schedule content from both a long
- and short-term viewpoint. Work with scheduling and analytics tools to report on and improve our Social reach.
5. **Tone of Voice Ownership**: Consistency across brand content, aligning it with our values and market positioning.
6. **Data Analysis potential**: Interpretation and conversion of raw data into a compelling narrative.
7. **Efficiency Optimisation**: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the marketing department. Implement best practices and tools to enhance productivity and output quality.
8. **Proactive Ideation**: Stay updated on industry trends. Proactively bring new and innovative ideas to the table for one-off projects or recurring marketing initiatives.
9. **Stakeholder Management**: Maintain open communication with both superiors and subordinates. Provide regular updates on project status, performance metrics, and any potential challenges or opportunities.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in Marketing, B2B Content creation or a related field. Relevant degree or professional certifications are a plus.
2. Copy writing examples and understanding of tone of voice.
3. Project Management experience and mentality, in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong time management skills and the ability to organise, plan, adjust and prioritise.
5. Content creation for web assets, particularly planning and copywriting.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.
7. Proficiency in time management
8. Graphic design software is favourable but not essential.
**Detail**:
- Direct Reporting to Director: The role involves direct reporting to the Marketing Director.
- Team Collaboration: Initially independent with no direct reports, while contributing to company-wide initiatives.
- 45 hours per week including lunch hours. Currently Monday home working, followed by 4 office based days in Farringdon area.
Any applicant must supply previous examples of copywriting for a business.
Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
