This firm is at the forefront of revolutionising cross-border payments and are seeking an accomplished and visionary Head of Sales to drive their expansion into the European market.

**Position Overview**:
As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in leading our clients entry into the European market, with a specific focus on corporate clients. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will have the opportunity to shape the sales strategy, build and mentor a high-performing sales team and drive revenue generation in alignment with the companys growth objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute the sales strategy for penetrating the European deliverable FX market - targeting corporate clients, ensuring alignment with the overall business expansion goals

Identify key market segments, create targeted sales plans and build a robust pipeline of potential corporate clients

Lead, mentor and manage a dynamic sales team - fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture

Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organisations, presenting our innovative FX solutions tailored to their specific needs

Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes - incorporating insights into the sales approach to maintain a competitive edge

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product and Marketing - to ensure a seamless end-to-end client experience

Monitor sales performance, track key metrics and provide regular reports to the leadership tea

Actively contribute to the development of marketing collateral, sales presentations and relevant materials to support the sales process

Represent the company at industry events, conferences and seminars to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership

**Qualifications & Requirements**:
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or a related field is preferred

C1 proficiency in a European Language/s is desirable

Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales leadership roles within fintech or related sectors

Comprehensive understanding of Deliverable FX services, international payments and foreign exchange risk management

In-depth understanding of the European market landscape, including knowledge of market trends, regulatory requirements, and client preferences

Flexibility to travel within Europe as required

Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to build, motivate and lead high-performing sales teams

Strong network and relationships within the industry with a demonstrable history of successful business development

Excellent relationship-building skills with a track record of cultivating and nurturing strategic partnerships

Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse complex market data, trends and customer behaviours to inform sales strategies

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Results-oriented mindset with a relentless drive to achieve and exceed targets

This is a management-level position offering a competitive compensation package ranging from £100,000 to £150,000 p/a commensurate with experience and expertise.
