It is the role of the Publishing & Audio Investment Graduate to assist in all aspects related to implementing publishing & audio campaigns and all requests delegated by other members of the team, including but not limited to those set out within the "KeyTasks" section. Complete the 12 month training programme, after which you will graduate as a Spark Accelerator

**KEY OBJECTIVES**:

- Understand the publishing & audio planning and implementation process from start to finish by end of the 1st year
- Able to plan, negotiate, book & report campaigns under supervision by end of 1st year
- Demonstrate acute attention to detail throughout all tasks
- High accuracy when fulfilling admin related tasks, demonstrating strong mathematical ability
- Confident and competent in using TGI, NRS, Addynamix and other print & audio tools
- Good working relationships with everyone within your client group across the investment, performance and planning department
- Establish a relationship with relevant creative agency contacts and support the team in closely working with them (e.g. supplying creative specs, screenshots of live activity, creative results etc.)
- 100% attendance, completion and pass rate (where applicable) to all core grad scheme training sessions, and 80% attendance to all grad scheme media owner sessions. The training programme has been put together to give a comprehensive introduction to theUK media landscape with a more in-depth focus on digital marketing.
- Present on a relevant publishing or audio topic in one investment department meeting
