**Peabody**has 2 exciting opportunities for a **Voids Coordinator** on a **full time, permanent basis **based in **South East London. **In return, you will receive a competitive salary of** circa £34,000 per annum.**

**Weekly hours**: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

A minimum of 1 to 2 days working at the **Pitsea &/or Walthamstow **office is required.

**What we're looking for in our Voids Coordinator**:

- Experience delivering excellent customer care- Experience in a role which has required good admin skills, including keyboard, telephone, IT and experience of working with databases- Experience of raising, monitoring and recording work orders though a relevant housing / repair management system- Experience in diary management and appointment scheduling
**What you can expect to be doing as our Voids Coordinator**:

- Be a customer facing member of the team, supporting our customers and operational teams in the delivery of property services, particularly focused on empty homes / voids- Advise and support our customers in resolving their queries and issues, ensuring that their expectations are managed and proactive resolutions are identified- Provide relevant support to the various teams within the service, including scheduling appointments etc- Deal with routine enquires from external agencies, internal customers and stakeholders in a professional manner within pre-agreed departmental and company timeframes- Set up and maintain any databases, spreadsheets and systems as required- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required by the Heads of Service or their nominees, which may include working outside normal working hours
