Exciting Opportunity: Void Officer Position at Single Homeless Project

The Role:

  • Responsible for overseeing the management of maintenance voids, processing pre-void inspections, and coordinating repair works in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate works with registered providers, approved contractors, and in-house maintenance teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Maintain accurate void records and assist with preparing comprehensive void reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to ensure value for money and optimize service delivery.
  • Collaborate with Caretakers and Service Teams to enhance void service processes and improve overall efficiency.

About You:

  • Experience in negotiating works specifications and liaising with partners to drive effective outcomes.
  • Understanding of the financial impact of ineffective void processes and the importance of efficient management.
  • Strong administration skills, including database management and data analysis.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to manage workload and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
