With Intelligence is looking for a Content Support Specialist to support the Content team with key tasks that contribute towards developing and executing high profile conferences targeting an audience of senior investment professionals.

This position will assist the Content team to create dynamic agendas, recruit speakers and oversee speaker management for a suite of annual legacy conferences. You will also get the chance to work alongside our dedicated marketing, delegate sales, sponsorship sales and event operations team members, with the ability to travel to the events and assist with their onsite execution.

In this role you will not only gain exposure to career opportunities within the Content department, but also have the chance to evaluate future career opportunities across the company. In addition, this position requires someone who is proactive and flexible and enjoys working in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

**Responsibilities and duties**
- Keeping our internal systems updated with speaker registrations
- Updating and proofing the website and conference mobile app
- Organizing speaker preparation calls
- On-site on the day event support - includes the opportunity to travel to our conferences across the US
- Support the creation and development of new events (geo-cloned or in new markets)

**Requirements**:

- This role could be a great fit for you if you are a recent college graduate with office experience and have the below characteristics and skills:

- Organized and able to multi-task across different projects and manage your time effectively to prioritize key tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - includes in-person, written, phone and video calls with internal team members and external clients
- Deadline-driven
- Like to work as a team player
- Proactive and flexible
- Fully proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to travel to events as needed
