We currently have an exciting opportunity as a Network Control Centre Administrator based at our Head Office in Birmingham. The Network Control Centre (NCC) is the heart of our coach network and manages the live running of National Express coaches up anddown the country. The NCC supports our drivers, track and monitor coaches, resolve operational issues, minimise the effects of road closures, and work with coach operators to ensure our customers reach their destinations safely, and on time.

Your role, as a Network Control Centre administrator, is to offer full administrative support to the Network Control Centre Manager ensuring that all agreed processes and procedures are followed and that all departmental documentation is up to date. We arelooking for an individual who is able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. You will have a high level of written, analytical and keyboard skills along with the ability to effectively create Execlevel Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports

What you'll do...
- Prepare and distribute relevant Exec level daily, weekly and monthly performance reports. This will include a breakdown of operational incidents by type and call handling data.
- Analyse and assess trends regarding the performance of the Network Control Centre.
- Oversee and administer all recharges to all non-contracted coach operators & to investigate any disputes.
- Process all pricing queries relating to taxi and coach companies used for emergency transport replacement, including acquiring prices for all.
- Ensure that all subsequent debit notes/purchase orders/supplier requests & rail warrants are processed in a timely manner.
- Collate and communicate departmental information to the Network Control Centre.
- Carry out other duties/reasonable requests, as directed by the Network Control Centre Manager.
