We’re looking for a talented self-motivated, methodical and detail orientated individual with strong interpersonal skills to join our clients growing team. This is a full-time internal position based in Watford, Hertfordshire (Hybrid working is acceptable after probationary period). A mínimal amount of travel will be required.

This is a dynamic, fast paced role which is seen as key to our client’s future strategy with partners in the employee benefit space. This position will play an important role in improving conversion of employee benefit provider linked opportunities, embedding the company further with key partners and contributing to the continued growth of our rapidly expanding business. It will also be key to ensuring the frequency and visibility of MI relating to partners both internally and externally.

The role will provide admin support for various internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to employee benefit providers, framework providers, key partners and the companies own Business Development, Account Management, Implementation and Marketing teams.

Strong relationship building skills, enthusiasm, flexibility, professionalism and customer service are essential to success in this role. Whilst attention to detail, organisation and prioritisation skills will also be vital.
- Administration and support for partners inbound new business enquiries, coordinating diaries and providing clear communications.
- Collating Management Information reporting for partners to include account performance and pipeline progress.
- Quarterly commission report statements and invoice processing.
- Ensuring total visibility of opportunities through CRM system (Salesforce).
- Supporting Business Development Managers by confirming new business appointments from partner referrals, liaising with prospective clients, Business Development Managers and partners to ensure full visibility and promote integrated working.
- General day-to-day administration and support for EBPs and Strategic & Commercial Partnership Manager.
- Credit checks and marketing support for Internal Business Development Executive
