The Marketing Collateral Management Team (“CMT”) delivers high-quality marketing materials to enhance our global marketing and client development efforts. The team acts as a center piece partnering with multiple stakeholders: product marketing & marketing, client coverage, portfolio managers, compliance, and client reporting & analytics teams to deliver a diverse set of high-quality, compelling materials that best reflects our investment teams, products, and firm.

You will be the content owner and accountable for the timely update of a diverse set of marketing materials including pitchbooks, commentaries, flyers, profiles, brochures, and factsheets, by coordinating the process with multiple stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Capable of owning and managing a high volume of marketing materials while being flexible to priorities and updates needed by the firm
- Cultivating and managing valuable internal relationships with other teams: Investment Teams, Client Reporting, Compliance, Product Marketing, Marketing, and Client Coverage
- Coordinating the compliance review of materials when necessary
- Collaborating with Design on updating quarterly flyers, profiles, and brochures
- Functioning as the main point of contact for investment teams on the marketing materials pertaining to their strategies
- Building an in-depth understanding of the firm's product offerings and investment capabilities across the multiple regions we operate
- Coordinating content updates with individuals based across different time zones

Qualifications:

- Undergraduate degree with financial understanding (e.g.: business, economics, finance, marketing)
- 5+ years industry experience. Previous experience on a Marketing role at an asset management firm preferred
- Experience with strategies from multiple asset classes including Equities, Fixed Income and Alternative

- Knowledge of Seismic and/or Workfront preferred
