- Acting as the Collateral Management Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will manage the daily activity of all margining requirements across bilateral OTC, ETD, PBA counterparties, OTC Clearing Brokers, Clearing Houses and multiple Custodians for all aspects of collateral management and reconciliation plus internal and external client support.**Your role**:

- Refine and challenge measured controls whilst conducting BAU as well as ensuring all risk is minimised.
- Refine and develop Key Risk Indicators and Management Information reporting for your own work and for that of the team.
- With a proactive and questioning mindset, continually seek efficiencies and improvements within all BAU process.
- As the Collateral SME, play an active role in all collateral projects and workstreams as required.

**Your profile**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a collateral management environment.
- Experience of all products associated with all aspects of margining.
- Skilled user of MS Office, particularly Excel (knowledge of Macros beneficial), Arcadia and Tri-Resolve as well as knowledge of SimCorp Dimension.
- Solid understanding of global regulations relating to Collateral Management (i.e. UMIR, SFTI, EMIR, MIFID, UMR etc) and their impact on BAU.
- Experience within ETD, Repo and Clearing margining. Stock Lending would be an advantage.
- Proven delivery of projects and/or project streams within a Collateral Management setting.
- Exceptional legal documentation understanding as they relate to Collateral Management (i.e. CSA, ISDA, GMRA, PBA, and Stock Lending).
- As a solution orientated team player, you will be eager to put your previous experience across numerous margining products to use in a small team. Your strong communication skills will help to enable a client focused approach as you interface with Investment Managers and other internal clients.**Note**:
