Our client is a global manufacturer based in Failsworth. Currently looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to their PTP Team. Offering hybrid working and progression opportunities.
**Description**
The primary responsibility of the Transactions Associate - PTP Admin is to support the transactional delivery of PTP by performing the Team's day to day admin activities. Responsibility is to ensure all work completed under the remit is 'right first time'and adheres to agreed targets.
- Organise the filing of the invoices to facilitate their processing priorities as set by the Transactional Supervisor
- Perform detection checks for any fraudulent invoices to stop them from being processed and prevent potential financial loss to the business
- Identify billing irregularities as per set guidelines
- Identify documents requiring urgent attention and escalate as appropriate to ensure prompt payment
**Profile**
- Experience filling (desirable)
- Computer literacy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Build relationships with all levels
- Positive attitude and used to working inclusively
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels
