**Job Title**:Individual Giving Fundraiser

**Hours**:30-37.5 hours per week

**Location**: Sobell House Hospice Charity Office (minimum three days in office)

**Salary**: £26,500 per annum (pro rata for part-time appointment)

**The role**:
We’re looking for an Individual Giving Fundraiser to join our small and friendly fundraising team.

The purpose of this role is to support the Individual Giving Manager with the delivery of Sobell House Hospice Charity’s Individual Giving and Integrated Appeals programme, to maximise and grow sustainable income from individual supporters.

In this exciting and varied position, you’ll have the opportunity to shape our Individual Giving campaigns including regular giving, appeals, lottery and in-memory giving. This role is also key for making sure our individual donors receive excellent supporter care, so that we can build positive and long-lasting relationships with our supporters.

It is an exciting time to join the Charity, as we have ambitious and innovative future fundraising plans that the Individual Giving team will play a key part of. If you are creative, driven and have a passion for making a difference, we would love to hear from you.

Please note, this role offers hybrid working with the requirement to be in our Charity office at least three days a week.

**About us**:
Sobell House is a hospice based on the Churchill Hospital site and is part of the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. It is jointly funded by the NHS and Sobell House Hospice Charity. We offer specialist palliative care to those facing life threatening illness, death and bereavement in Oxfordshire. This encompasses physical, psychological, social and spiritual care and includes supporting their families and those close to them. We care for around 3,000 patients and their families every year. The Charity contributes funding towards the care provided at Sobell House and also entirely funds the transport service, bereavement support, social work team and chaplaincy service.
