We are looking for Customer Service Advisor's to work with one of the UK's largest banks based in
**Cawley House,**
**Chester Business Park, CH4 9FB**, an organisation known for putting their customers at the heart of everything they do.

**So what's involved?**
You will take inbound customer calls and do your best to help the person at the other end of the line.

You will show care and understand what matters to them and if you don't know the answer then you'll have access to plenty of colleagues that do.

From day one you will learn all about the bank's products, processes and systems and you'll learn how to respond to queries quickly and become better every day..

**Salary**:
**£10.60 per hour**
Contract:
**Ongoing, 6 months minimum - strong possibility of becoming a permanent role**
Hours:
**35 hours per week between 9am and 7pm - 5 days out of 7 (including weekends).**
