**RECRUITMENT OPPORTUNITY IN NEWMARKET**

**Job Title**: Sales Co-ordinator

**Location**: The Silks, Exning Road, Newmarket (and occasional travel to other Anchor sites)

**Salary**: £25,750 + commission + discretionary bonus

**Contracted hours**: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

**Contract type**: 1 Year Fixed Term Contract with likely extension

The Silks is a collection of 69 brand new apartments currently under construction in Exning Road, Newmarket built for over-65’s to be sold on a mixture of outright and shared ownership sales.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Co-ordinator to come and join our New Development Sales & Marketing Team.

Responsibilities will include:

- Providing comprehensive support to The Development Advisor.
- Assisting with events, invitations and communicating with customers.
- Coordinating sale agreed incentives.
- Co-ordinating customer move-ins ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Conduct show-arounds to prospective customers.
- Administration of the sales files from reservation to completion.
- Assisting with Events and Open days
- Ensuring all Sales Spreadsheets and Expert Agent details are input and kept up to date

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will already have/be:

- Knowledge of retirement housing and the conveyancing process would be an advantage, although full training will be provided.
- Able to demonstrate examples of delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, tenacious with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to respond confidently to questions, understand requirements and deal with customers, contractors and colleagues
- Ability to adapt communication style, with strong people and interpersonal skills
- Computer and technology literate. Excel and Word knowledge
- Must have a full Driving License as travel between sites will be required
