**About The Position**

As Reservations Coordinator you will have a good knowledge of the hotel’s facilities and services and will pass this information on to the guest whenever the possibility arises, in order to maximise hotel sales.

**About You**

You must have proven experience as a Reservations Coordinator within a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Passionate about creating the very best guest experience - customer service will be at the forefront of your mind at all times.
- You’ll bring enthusiasm, experience, organisation skills, and strong team working spirit to the role here at Bedford Lodge Hotel.
- You’ll have excellent communication skills, with an excellent phone manner combined with a professional attitude and the ability to foster and nurture professional relationships with guests and colleagues, as well as being highly pro-active and self-motivated with the ability to multi-task.
- You’ll be IT literate across a range of packages and have previous experience working with 3rd party booking engines.
- Previous experience working with Opera/Oracle as a property Management Systems is essential to this role.
