Operations Management Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Maintaining a library of SOPs and internal operational guidance covering processes for both Irish and UK client Governments.
- Supporting timely and accurate delivery of contractual and performance monitoring including maintenance of risk/issues registers
- Engagement with operational teams including working with external and internal stakeholders to deliver against goals
- Analysis of MI, incident reporting and customer insight to develop proposals for continuous improvement.
- Produce written reports and presentations as required to present to stakeholders and senior managers
- Supporting other project work as necessary

**Qualification & Experience (Education, Experience, specific knowledge, skills, understanding, attitude)**

**Education**:
Minimum: Graduate or globally recognized equivalent degree

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years work experience, ideally in Operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills combined with the energy and enthusiasm to complete jobs accurately and meet challenging deadlines.
- Ability to work with cross functional, regional and culturally diverse teams
- Support in ongoing projects, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, identifying risks and issues, reporting progress to core management team

**Knowledge & Key Skills**:

- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint,
- **Desirable**: Project Delivery support and management experience

**Additional Requirements**:
Travel will likely be necessary for this role; therefore, flexibility will be required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £35,000.00 per year
