**Care and Support Team Lead -** **£14.50 per hour, rising to £15.50 per hour at weekends**:

If you’re looking to work in a job that fits around your lifestyle we have a variety of shift patterns; mornings, afternoons, twilight, nights or weekends.

The Team Lead position will involve working with the senior team, promoting a positive workplace culture and demonstrating good practice. If you are compassionate and caring with experience in a care setting for older people please apply. Having an NVQ/QCF 3 in Care or equivalent would be ideal.

For other Care and Support positions the Care Certificate or NVQ/QCF 2 in Health and Social Care, is ideal but not essential.

We have two residential homes located within a ten minute walk from Gloucester city centre; Magdalen House and Guild House. Currently we have opportunities for experienced carers who are skilled, compassionate and understanding toward the needs of older people.
