We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Care Specialist to join our team at Leaders in Care. In this role, you will work closely with the Team Manager to oversee pathway-planning and independence work for care leavers aged 16 and above.

As a Senior Care Specialist, you will be responsible for developing practice and supervising students and ASYE workers to promote best practice, with a protected caseload. You will also contribute to the oversight of pathway-planning and independence work, ensuring that our care leavers receive the highest level of support.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in social work, with experience in working with care leavers. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, care leavers, and other stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £45,441 to £48,474, as well as a range of benefits, including a welcome payment of £4,000, an annual retention payment of £2,000, and a relocation package of up to £8,000. You will also have access to flexible working options, generous annual leave, and the ability to purchase additional leave.
