About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Manager to join our team at Halcyon Health & Social Care. As a Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert care and support to adults with learning disabilities, as well as leading and managing a team of support workers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities
* Lead and manage a team of support workers
* Work closely with the management team to maintain high standards of care
* Supervise staff regularly to ensure high standards of care are met

Requirements:

* At least 2 years' experience of working with adults with learning disabilities
* Knowledge and understanding of how to effectively manage challenging behaviors
* Strong leadership and management skills
