Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Services Manager to join our team at Halcyon Health & Social Care. As a Senior Care Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services to young adults with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users
* Lead a team of care staff to ensure the delivery of excellent care services
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
* Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
