**Desired Skills and Experience**:
- Part to fully qualified ACII, leading to Chartered Insurance Practitioner.
- A thorough understanding of insurance market trends and products.
- Minimum of 2 years experience providing specialized sales advice in the insurance market.

- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to gather and analyse customer information.
- Persuasive and influential with the capability to identify and respond to customers needs.
- Strategic and operational planning acumen for both short and long-term business environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing commercial customers while targeting new customers through effective marketing strategies.
- Proactively create new commercial products in line with market trends and customer demands.
- Manage assigned commercial product promotions and sales campaigns effectively.
- Strategically plan product offerings and sales initiatives to maintain the companys market lead through exemplary customer service.
- Collaborate with account handlers to prepare commercial sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Take ownership of customer accounts, resolving inquiries promptly, and fostering positive customer relationships.
- Seek feedback from customers and respond to their needs effectively.
- Identify and address conflicts of interest appropriately.
- Support departmental Key Performance Indicators and sales targets as directed by the Sales Manager.
- Comply with the firms policies, procedures, and relevant regulations, including the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and FCA regulations.
- Uphold the firms policy on Conduct Risk and Consumer Duty.
- Maintain ethical behaviour and adhere to the firms Training and Competence procedures and continued professional training and development requirements.
- Fulfil any other reasonable duties as directed.
