We are a multi-disciplinary consultancy committed to fostering innovation through collaboration. As we grow, we're seeking a proactive individual to support our dynamic team and serve as the welcoming face at the front of our office.
Role Overview:
As our Project Team Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations and providing essential support to our multidisciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting visitors as the front desk representative.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail using our franking machine.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and databases.
- Handling fee invoicing and leading the cash collection process.
- Serving as a liaison between our organisation, clients, contractors, and partner companies.
- Attending meetings and preparing project-related documentation such as tender letters, meeting minutes, and site visit reports.
**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A friendly and enthusiastic demeanour with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with competent typing skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Proactivity in prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Previous experience in a proactive office administration role.
- Proficiency in audio typing with a minimum speed of 60 words per minute.
