Stealth is seeking an innovative consultant to lead the development of a cutting-edge conversational AI solution tailored for traders offering copy trading services. This pioneering role will revolutionize AI-driven trading experiences, delivering exceptional value and driving innovation at the forefront of financial technology.Key ResponsibilitiesDomain Expertise and User-Centric Design
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the copy trading landscape, uncovering user behaviors, challenges, and information needs to create a tailored knowledge base and conversational flow that resonates with our users.

Regulatory Compliance and Ethical AI
- Develop a deep understanding of the regulatory framework surrounding copy trading and AI-powered financial services, ensuring the conversational AI's functionality and content adhere to applicable laws and guidelines.
- Promote ethical AI practices, fostering trust and transparency in the AI's decision-making processes and data handling.

Cutting-Edge Conversational Architecture
- Work closely with the development team to design and implement a state-of-the-art conversational architecture, leveraging the latest advancements in natural language processing (NLP) and language models (LLMs).
- Deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience that redefines the way traders interact with copy trading platforms.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously enhance the conversational AI's performance, knowledge base, and user experience.
- Stay ahead of the curve by exploring the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and conversational AI technologies, providing recommendations for incorporating new features and capabilities that solidify Stealth's position as an industry leader.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven track record in consulting or advisory roles related to conversational AI, knowledge management systems, or AI-driven financial solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of copy trading, financial markets, and investment strategies, coupled with a deep understanding of AI technologies, including NLP, LLMs, and machine learning.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the financial services industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline); advanced degree or relevant certifications are preferred.
