We are looking for a Workplace Experience Co-ordinator for our Integrated Facilities Management business line.

**Responsibilities**:
Cover JLL Front of House and Reception services.

Inducting of new joiners.

Responsible for the smooth operation of the office, liaising with central teams in Property, HR, Finance, Sustainability, PR and Marketing.

Work in collaboration with the EA team to support internal business units.

Accompanying clients/other visitors on office tours highlighting the sustainability features.

Being responsible for and delegating as appropriate office operations such as post collection, cleaning, café supplies, coffee machine operation, maintenance, reception staff, social events, staff welcome packs, photos, visitor and staff orientation.

Provide local support to the central property team on landlord and tenant matters as well as supporting Risk and Environmental Audits.

Maintain Office Handbook

Organising staff/client lunches/dinners and corporate office events. Support work experience and graduate events/initiatives.

Support the office charity, diversity, community and sustainability events and initiatives.

Providing office updates to staff.

Provide virtual cover & support for other regional offices.

Welcome meet and greet for all visitors, clients and new JLL staff.

Assist with internal/external bookings as required with full meeting room accountability.

Ensuring that all JLL meeting rooms, services, AV, facilities and public areas are set and maintained to the expected JLL standards.

Main point of contact for IT issues

Ownership and ability to facilitate room set ups - including moving flexible furniture.

Be aware of room status in client rooms at all times & support internal rooms appropriately, ensuring the room is ready prior to the next booking.

Comply with the JLL - Front of House Services Standard Operating Procedures

Provide/report information on the available facilities, arranging viewings and accompanying clients on tours of the facilities as and when required.

Work closely with the Regional Workplace Manager to ensure all activities are undertaken in line with all H&S guidelines.

Maintain a strong awareness of business activity & communicate all updates with regional team members.

To provide support as requested by the Client Services Lead and/or other support teams.

Ensure all duties as highlighted in the attached “Workplace Experience Co-ordinator - Duties” are covered at all times.

Skills & Experience
Experience of working within a corporate environment.

Knowledge of facilities and or office management.

Working knowledge of H&S management, IOSH preferred.

Independent and self-managing.

Strong customer service skills
- a great networker

Professional/confident telephone manner and excellent oral & written communication skills, good computer literacy.

Ability to use initiative and remain calm under pressure.

A strong team player with the ability to multi-task & prioritise work commitments.

Flexible approach to departmental requirements.

Good sense of humour & an approachable personality
