We are excited to announce we are currently recruiting for a new opportunity working as an Office Coordinator based in the Guildford area.

This role is a 6-month contract, part time hours flexible between 20 - 25 hours, preferably over 4 days and hybrid working available.

**Role Objective**:
You will be working alongside the Manager, dealing with all administrative duties. You must be hard working, reliable, proficient with computer systems.

**Duties**:

- You will be doing diary management, and expenses.
- Set-up support : follow-up on ongoing benefits policies, follow-up on set-up & manage ongoing contracts
- Supporting the team admin (orders, shipments, bookings, fleet)
- Booking meeting rooms
- Managing shipments to the office
- Working alongside the Manager
- Local administration of non-confidential data
- Implement Labour Safety/Risk management program
- Local onboarding (request accesses, booking meetings)
- Office supplies technical set-up and problem solving
