We are looking for a Wedding co-ordinator to join our team

Ashfield House is a 14 time award winning exclusive weddings and events venue.

You will be meeting couples and journeying with them to plan thier weddings. Our team is very hands on and you will also be managing a team of bar and waiting on staff to deliver the best service imaginable on the wedding day.

A major part of the role is sales and marketing. You will also be working behind the scenes managing our sales system to monitor wedding bookings, being a key part of our social media team and organising wedding events.

The position would suit someone with solid sales and/or hospitality experience looking to progress to the next level. Our standards are extremely high, it’s hard work but super rewarding to be part of a well respected team doing a wonderful job.

We are also recruiting for an executive PA / Project Manager which could also be incorporated into this role.

The pay is competitive and dependant on your experience and skills. If this sounds like something you fancy, we’d love to hear from you.

We are a group of independent family run businesses including Ashfield House, The Wayfarer a high end gastro pub with an established festival programme, Problem Child Brewing our own micro brewery and a wedding tipi hire company. We work together as a team and our staff work across all of our businesses which makes for an interesting job.

The attitude of our whole team (front of house, back of house and kitchen) is to work together, treating everyone with kindness and respect to create a truly enjoyable workplace. Our staff turnover is very low and we see this as a long term opportunity for the right person to work their way up.

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
