**Role Summary / Purpose and Scope**
To provide a professional and efficient administration support service to the Winnersh Triangle (FM) team to deliver MAPP standards, policy, procedures, MAPP FM/PM Best Practice and excellent client care overall. Comprises Park / FM administration tasks and projects as identified with focus on financial management aspects.
This role will be 37.5 hours per week.

- Operate as the central point of dedicated contact and liaison for the Park FM team.
- Take overall responsibility for management of the Park FM Office at Winnersh Triangle
- Deal appropriately with the mail, contracts and urgent messages, items for signature and confidential informationMaintain effective systems for electronic / digital filing, information retrieval, the reproduction of documents when required and file archiving. Create and manage Park FM files in accordance with audit guidelines.
- Update, amend, present weekly / monthly reports, trackers and schedules
- Support service charge budget, quarterly variance, reconciliation and CIS reporting exercises in order to achieve client SLA / KPI.
- Support credit control and debt management activity generally in liaison with suppliers, Park FM team, MAPP Help Desk, MAPP Procurement and MAPP finance teams.
- Check and confirm MAPP fee raising schedules (rent / service charge / utilities recharges) and for non-recoverable void costs (to include Business Rates) liaison with client, Park FM and MAPP finance teams
- Monitoring statutory and internal compliance, including meeting MAPP policies and procedures, RICS and ISO standards and any statutory timelines and escalation requirements
