- Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) a global developer and operator, is seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic Westfield Rise Team. as the Brand Experience Executive. This role presents an exciting opportunity to take on a crucial responsibility for supporting the UK Brand Experience team, generating income across Experiential and Media within our two flagship Destinations: Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City and Croydon where required. The individual will work within each revenue stream on rotation to gain a well-rounded understanding of each area of Westfield Rise before establishing themselves within one of the three streams.
- Westfield Rise (WR) is URW’s new in-house agency that serves as a one-stop-shop to create innovative and dynamic campaigns using URW’s platform of best-in-class retail media assets and advertising capabilities. WR is made up of Brand Experience (BE), Media and Data & services. This role sits within the Brand Experience vertical, which delivers both short term Experiential activations and Event Sponsorship, as well as long term Brand Partnerships.
- What you will be doing
- You'll drive revenue for Experiential, Media, and Brand Partnerships within Westfield Rise (WR), ensuring collaboration across all assets. You'll cultivate existing brand partnerships, identifying areas for revenue growth. Proactively pursuing experiential and media leads, you'll manage client and agency activations while staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activity. Collaboration with departments like Marketing will maximise booking value and support digital channels. Maintaining standards across centers, you'll ensure all site specifications and collateral are current. Providing end-to-end client service, you'll seek out innovative opportunities and foster relationships with the PR agency for maximum exposure.
- As well as streamlining reporting and financial processes, managing POs and expenses, while adhering to invoicing procedures and ensuring timely payments to maintain a zero debt policy.

What skills, experience, and knowledge will you need to be successful?- Advantageous to have experience in account management/sales/experiential/events or partnerships-
- Good verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills-
- Strong analytical, and problem-solving capabilities-
- Experience working in a busy and demanding environment, with excellent time management-
- Proven presentation, sales and negotiation skills-
- Excellent administrative skills to provide great customer service to clients and agencies-
- Strong copywriting for outbound communication-
- Demonstrate great organisational skills with excellent attention to detail-
- Flexibility and willingness to embrace change and new opportunities-
