**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Consistently deliver exceptional service to our clients through excellent project management
- Responsible for supporting the planning and execution of multiple virtual, hybrid and live events globally including webinars, webcasts and virtual conferences
- Manage, prioritise and support events from creative concept and development through initial briefing to reconciliation including but not limited to budget management, site selection, show management, presentation development, video design & development, branding and graphic design, interactive/experiential technology, scenic/set design, décor design, staffing, etc.
- Capable in content design, production and being able to provide technical solutions for clients
- Management of remote presenter onboarding and technical briefings from remote or studio locations, including production of all required documentation and guidance
- ‘Stage management’ of presenters joining from remote locations via virtual event platforms for pre-records, rehearsals and live show
- Coordination of show content and management of scripting, graphics, video and audio
- Experience working with Show Callers, ability to create show flows/run of show and ensure assets are sourced, filed and distributed correctly
- Responsible for the build and ongoing management of show schedules, including content rehearsals, tech rehearsals and live show days
- Confident working across brands and departments to achieve projects goals
- Scope out and budget production deliverables for business meetings, product launches and experiential events
- Manage events with live show/programming and technical elements with limited supervision (i.e., awards show, panels and summits requiring show/script development, tech teams and stage/show management)
- Act as the client’s primary point of contact during the planning and execution of live events
- Maximize and monitor opportunities for increasing value adds, savings, and cost efficiencies, by negotiating with suppliers
- Responsible for fiscal success of individual programs, including accurate and timely budgeting and reconciliation of events
- Work with and provide guidance to the team to ensure adherence to client and agency standards
- Manage and ensure SLA’s (Service Level Agreements) are monitored and achieved throughout the event production process
- Be proactive with ideas and creative solutions
- Actively contribute to the conceptual, creative, and strategic development of programs
- Be knowledgeable and update the team on best practices, new suppliers, and services
- Provide support for other team members as required
- Attend industry events as necessary

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficient years’ live event production experience, preferably in an agency environment
- Excellent project management skills, including budget creation, management, and reconciliation
- Good knowledge of digital and technical aspects of productions including but not limited to general sessions, awards shows, activations and/or experiential events
- Ability to establish relationships and maintain a positive rapport with clients, vendors and suppliers
- Experience building & delivering virtual events, including webinars, webcasts and virtual conferences - working with different virtual events platforms (such as Intrado, SpotMe, HopIn, Chime, GlobalMeet, Zoom, etc.)
- Experience in video production and show management; understanding of what is needed to make great digital video and content come to life over the different tech platform and channels
- Experience with business meetings, product launches and experiential events
- Good ability to establish relationships and maintain a positive rapport with clients, vendors and suppliers
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good negotiating, risk management and contracting skills
- Good/advanced working knowledge of the MS Office Suite, DropBox, Slack, Google Suite
