We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Community and Events Executive to join our friendly and busy team of six. This is a **full-time, permanent **role with a competitive salary of **£26,946 - £30,180 per annum pro rata**. This role is** hybrid**, with 2 days per week working in the office.

The position requires someone with a positive attitude who is friendly and resilient. You will also demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and learning. Experience in a similar role would be welcome, but this could also be your first paid position in the charity sector, or you could be returning to work after time out.

Essential skills for the role:

- Experience in a supporter/client facing role delivering an exceptional customer service or supporter care experience.
- Ability to build and develop positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent ability to plan and manage a variety of projects and events to tight and conflicting deadlines.
- Ability to work within a team and be comfortable taking the initiative and working independently.
- Have a creative, ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Strong research skills and ability to ‘think outside the box’.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong numeracy skills.
