Saïd Business School is recruiting for a Conference and Events Sales Co-ordinator reporting to the Conference and Events Manager.

We are one of the UK’s leading conference, meeting and events providers. Our facilities encompass two unique and world class venues, from an Oxford city centre location to a residential venue 2 miles outside of Oxford in a rural, parkland setting.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to be responsible for the development and co-ordination of conference, executive education and internal business across all our sites.

To be considered for this role you will need to have sales experience, with the ability to demonstrate negotiation skills, commercial acumen and be able to create best ways of working whilst also developing processes. Furthermore you will need proven ability to deliver a high quality service to customers within a corporate environment, including VIP’s.

You will be a well organised individual and have a structured approach to work, which requires accuracy, attention to detail, initiative, drive and commitment.

We would expect you to have excellent communication skills, in particular effective persuasion and negotiation abilities and with experience of writing enquiry responses to clients.
