Youth Support Worker

**Hazel Tree Education are currently supporting a number of SEN schools and Alternative Provisions in Wigan who require Youth Support Workers to assist learners aged 4 to 19 with a range of complex needs and disabilities including Emotional and Behavioural Disorders and those requiring additional support with cognition and learning.**
- **What we're looking for**:_
- Someone with a desire to gain experience working with children and vulnerable young people
- Be reliable, resilient and able to work on your own initiative
- Have an interest in supporting learners in the classroom with a variety of additional needs
- Possess the ability to build professional and strong relationships with the learners to ensure they flourish and thrive
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update service or be willing to purchase one at a cost of £50.
- At least two references including most recent/current employer.
- Right to work in the UK.
- A good standard of literacy and numeracy with excellent written and verbal communication.
