Location: Wigan or Manchester Office

Role Overview:
The Supported Lodgings Coordinator is responsible for evaluating and placing young individuals with suitable hosts, managing the recruitment and training processes for hosts, promoting the service, and providing direct support to young people.
Your focus will be on delivering assistance to youth in Wigan across various localities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for young individuals and referral partners.
- Conduct assessments of needs and risks.
- Facilitate arrangements for stays with hosts.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Prepare individuals for independent living.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess experience in crisis intervention, supporting youth with their needs, supervising personnel, and a solid understanding of safeguarding protocols.
