Join us as our Head of Internal Communications, People & Transformation
- For someone with good leadership and communications experience, this could be your ideal role
- We’ll look to you to lead the communications support for the colleague proposition and One Bank transformation agenda
- You’ll gain fantastic exposure as you network with a range of senior stakeholders and executives across our Communications function and wider business

**What you'll do**:
You’ll be providing expert advice to senior leaders across our business, making sure the colleague campaign strategy supports our bank's purpose to champion potential.

To do this, you'll work closely with other communications colleagues to create internal and external strategies to demonstrate that we offer a great place to work. You'll also lead a team to deliver compelling and purpose-led colleague campaigns.

In addition, your responsibilities will include:

- Driving engagement and culture campaigns, including our diversity, equity and inclusion agenda
- Defining the employee campaign and communications calendar across our organisation
- Working with senior leaders to deliver strategic communications across our business areas

**The skills you'll need**:
We’re looking for a strategic thinker with a track record of delivering engagement and culture communications. Alongside this, you’ll have great communications experience, ideally in a large corporate setting or in financial services.

We’ll also look to you to have:

- Good networking skills
- The ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organisation
- An understanding of how to influence colleagues at senior, executive and board level
