Join us as our Head of Programs & Community
- Innovation and partnerships are fundamental to making sure our customers get the best services possible, so you’ll be delivering key innovation programmes that support the delivery of learning and ecosystem activities and help build our innovation brand
- Your main aim will be to create an innovation community that’s recognised internally and externally, while owning the innovation spaces strategy and defining what we’re known for

**What you’ll do**:
A career in Innovation and Partnerships will embed you in a team that’s dedicated to generating bank-wide innovation and allows for the delivery of strategic and purposeful growth.

To achieve this ambition, you’ll play a leading role as our Head of Programs and Community. This’ll be through the activation of and bringing the external ecosystem in to leverage and grow our skills and knowledge of how to form excellent external work partnerships.

Day-to-day, you’ll define and build content and craft a culture, community and programs for bank-wide innovation. This includes defining and delivering our strategy for physical innovation spaces.

Alongside this, you’ll be:

- Leading the inception, build and delivery of a strategic portfolio of innovation programs
- Responsible for all program plans, controls, and resource plans while working with relevant stakeholders
- Managing innovation programs with those in our bank and broader innovation ecosystem, including entrepreneurs and start-ups, and their associated brand
- Creating a bank-wide community for innovation and delivering ‘one bank’ innovation, content, key events and executive engagements
- Driving a culture of innovation and experimentation bank wide
- Defining and delivering on the strategy for our physical innovation spaces

**The skills you’ll need**:
To be successful in this role, we’ll need you to have experience of running innovation programs and knowledge about the intersection of business, technology and culture.

You’ll also need:

- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to develop internal and external relationships
- An understanding of how to influence and persuade beyond immediate reports
- Excellent judgement and decision-making skills
- Analytical planning and management skills
- A track record of delivering complex large-scale programs to budget and on time
