**About the Role**

Property Services (Facilities) manage day-to-day operations at Cobalt, which includes, physical security, routine plant checks, general maintenance, managing contractors who attend site, driving duties, opening and closing buildings as well as ongoing Facilitiesrequests.

As the face of Property Services and Facilities you will be one of four colleagues on a shift rota between 05:30 and 20:30 ensuring there is always resource onsite to support colleague’s requests whilst maintaining safety and comfort.

**About You**

You will have experience and a working knowledge of general building maintenance and operations. You will also be a team player and be able to work well in a busy environment where there are often changing priorities.

You will be to communicate effectively with colleagues, visitors and contractors in a range of situations and will have a flexible approach to working hours.

A full UK driving Licence will required for the role.

Property Services and Facilities support colleagues, customers and clients ensuring operations continue seamlessly 7 days a week. We respond to reactive requests, have planned schedules of duties and work strategically with stakeholders across the business.

This role is available following the promotion of a colleague within the Facilities team as we embark on a programme of recruitment in the Property Services function. The team is growing so we can continue to support colleagues, customers and clients aswell as planned investment in Cobalt and the wider property estate. This front line position in Property Services is an exciting opportunity to be part of the evolving team and you will be supported by other colleagues in the function who manage Administrationand Property Management.
