**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure task information and updates are accurate, timely and meet client requirements
- Delivery of service to agreed standards and metrics.
- Provide a professional service and represent Bidvest Noonan in line with company’s ethos and expectations.
- Provide a professional service in all internal and external communications
- Deal with all order related queries, including suppliers
- Full site office administration including typing letters and reports
- Manage employee and training files
- Communicate effectively with customers both internal and external to support the capture, recording and completion of works in line with client specifications
- Utilise our systems and processes to support the business operational teams in the delivery of works to our portfolio of clients

**Experience & Skills required**
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to take initiative to proactively resolve issues or problems
