We are recruiting a duty coordinator to run our busy duty line, supporting our staff out in the community settings. The main roles of the duty coordinator will be to manage sickness by covering rota shortfalls, answering queries and offering advice to our staff and our clients, this may be anything from medication authorisation due to dealing with difficult situations. This is mainly a Monday to Friday office based role but out of hours duty will also be allocated on a rota basis as will the need to support clients if needed. This is fast moving, quick thinking role.

It is ESSENTIAL to have at least 2 year hands on experience in a care setting and have knowledge of working with Rotas. You will need to have good IT knowledge and be able to use Teams / Microsoft 360 as a key working tool. A good manner and confident personality is also a key skill. You will need to hold a QCF in Health and social Care and gain/ hold social care registration.
