Coventry, United Kingdom SEVERN TRENT Full time

Hello. We’re Severn Trent and we think water is wonderful. And we’re pretty keen on people, too.

Our people are what makes Severn Trent a truly exciting and inclusive place to work. We’re a team of over 7,000 people with a purpose to deliver one of life’s essentials. We do it all while thriving in our unique culture and making a lasting difference to our planet, society, and careers.

Collectively we provide a critical national infrastructure to millions of customers in our region, so the only question iswhy wouldn't you want to be part of that?

**EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW**

We have a great opportunity to join our Recruitment Team, through our contract partners Pertemps, as a **Resourcing Administrator** on a 12-month fixed term contract.

You’ll be completing day to day administration tasks such as screening CVs, booking interviews, ensuring compliance through right to work, and providing both positive and constructive feedback.

This role will require you to be highly organised with the ability to prioritise, to pay close attention to detail and to ensure work is completed in a timely manner. Network Operations is a very fast paced environment with increased levels of recruitment all year round, so it is expected that all our hiring managers and new starters receive a positive experience through an efficient recruitment process.

Some of your other key accountabilities will include:

- Producing accurate documentation, whilst ensuring service levels are achieved with a ‘right first time’ attitude.
- Accurately maintaining systems - specifically SuccessFactors.
- Delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Proactively identify issues/trends and raise these promptly for action.
- Planning, organising and managing multiple tasks simultaneously, without impacting on quality.
- Working flexibly to be able to respond to changing business needs.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE**

You’ll join our team with experience in a high-volume administration and/or coordination role, ideally gained from an agency or internal recruitment background.

To be successful, you’ll need to be customer focused, process driven and have an interest in working in a data centric environment.

This role will include dealing with stakeholders at all levels, including external new starters, therefore you’ll need to have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Also, you will work well under pressure, remain patient, and keep calm & self-controlled in a fast-paced target driven environment.

The right skills and experience are important. But if you have the right character, positivity, and a caring attitude we want to talk to you too.

We welcome people from all walks of life and celebrate individuality as we know diverse minds, experiences and backgrounds help us to learn and better serve our communities. We want people who show up and get involve. Those who are ready to be part of something bigger and who want to make a difference because they care.

**Is that you?**
